WELCOME TO LEAD WITH LOVE

Our intention with this gathering is to inspire participants to find what lights them up and to share that more effectively with the world. We will be exploring Mind, Body and Spirit during these 4-days together including time in nature, lunch and dinner conversation, and workshops with global thought leaders. The base will be two heart-opening yoga classes per day as well as thoughtful, curated conversations and workshops.

This transformational event supports Aspen City of Wellbeing, a non-profit organization dedicated to shifting culture towards an optimal state of wellbeing for all.

Live in Love to Lead with Love: Nurturing deep connections to empower your leadership potential.

Leading with Love truly has the potential to create immense change in our world.  But how do you show up in a leadership role with abundance of love to share, particularly when leadership can feel lonely, isolating and overwhelming?

In this one hour, interactive workshop, we’ll explore cultivating mindful, heart-centered leadership through the most important and powerful bonds in your life. Primary relationships, and in particular the connection with your significant other, can be the source of immense empowerment, nurturing and support, or alternatively have the capacity to unravel your success. We’ll share with you our five elements that are key for nurturing, fulfilling, and lasting relationships at home, and their power to transform the ethos of your team at work.

Takeaway:

  • Shift from a “Work-Life balance” mentality to an integrated self paradigm.

  • Learn why leadership is only sustainable through connection and how to combat “loneliness at the top” syndrome.

  • Discover the 5 key elements to healthy and fulfilling relationships and tools for enhancing each today.

  • Self assessment “How connected am I to my partner” to uncover strengths and areas of growth in your relationship.
