Re-write Your Love Story
In this spontaneous and interactive workshop, Gabriella will facilitate a conversation designed to shine the light on why you may experience repetitive relationship challenges that continue to cause pain and frustration, whether single or in partnership. You will be introduced to the key reasons for this, which are all found in your Intimacy Model, aka Loveprint, and be shown new possibilities for creating a new story.
Even though you may be successful, intelligent, and self aware, if you have been unable to experience the loving partnership that you seek—and you feel frustrated, hopeless, and confused as to why—you are in the right place. Shining the light on your Loveprint will help you see more clearly where you have the power to make new choices.
Perhaps you’ve read all the books, written desire lists, created vision boards, invested time and money into therapy, updated your dating profile, and waited for him or her to change—all to no avail, leaving yourself to come to the erroneous conclusion: “Clearly, there’s something wrong with me OR him/her. If only I were attractive enough, successful enough, ANYTHING enough, then I would have the relationship I desire! Or if he/she were different, than I could be happy!”
The truth is, there’s nothing “wrong” with you or him, nor is there more for you to fix, change, or make different.
What’s simply happening is that you are working from an outdated Loveprint that is reflecting to you what you learned about love, which may be filled with stories of disappointment or mistrust and is unconsciously holding you back.
Because no matter what you attempt to do, you will likely not be able to create the type of relationship you say you want until you create a healthy, updated new Loveprint that matches the relationship experience you’re currently desiring. Jail Yoga : From Trauma Towards Freedom
Take away stigma.
We (our society) often think of those in jail as bad or " the traumatizers", rather than "the traumatized". Those are two sides of the same coin.
If we can transform our trauma, we can avoid inflicting it on others. Transforming trauma into self-regulation, wellness, and leadership.
One thing we tend to forget is that many people in county jail have not yet been convicted of a crime. Those with plenty of financial resources can post bail and await trial outside of jail. Those without those same resources are required to await trial in jail sometimes.
Guilty or not, going to jail is a huge trauma for most.
