Kristina Weller
I teach three classes a week at the fabulous and inclusive Vimana Yoga studio, which is a hot yoga studio located in Basalt, Colorado. You can also find me teaching first and second grade at the Aspen Community School in Woody Creek, Colorado. This school year, I am excited to teach weekly yoga classes to my colleagues at school. If anyone deserves to give themselves an intentional hour of undivided attention, I think it's school teachers!
